Distance Healing - To Send People A Distance Healing For Free

Why use a reiki distance healing treatment? Because it will help you to improve your mental, physical and spiritual state, and that of the person you ware sending the life force energy to. It can help to reduce the pain of chronic disorders. Distance healing and direct healing are powerful practices. The good thing about it is you don’t need extensive training!
I’ll show you a simple way of doing it right here, but first, in a nut shell, what is distance healing? It is the transmitting of energy at a distance to heal others.
First of all life force energy, or chi, like reiki or WhiteLight Self-Empowerment energy, is not limited to time and space. Thus, with the correct amount of focus you will be able to channel that energy in order to help yourself and others. A person can be healed or relieved from pain by sending life force energy from a distance, the recipient does not need to be present. This life-force energy can also be stored up in a cosmic battery for those in need to retrieve as distance healing when it is most convenient for them in the future.
Here is a simple way, without attunements or symbols, to send people a distance healing:
Find a quiet place in your home where you can relax. Sit up straight, legs uncrossed, and close your eyes, and become clam.
Imagine yourself appearing in a white energy orb at your crown chakra. When you have this image firmly in your mind, take a deep breath, and as you inhale see yourself in that energy orb traveling through all of your chakras, opening and activating them, as the orb descends beyond your root chakra into the earth.
This should happen quickly within the time that you inhale.
Now as you exhale imagine yourself in that orb, going back through your chakras, going up through the 7 levels of reality, to the highest level, where there is the power of divine creation. This level is filled with pure white light, and now your white energy orb should melt into this light. Then imagine yourself descending, and as you descend back down into your body, take a beam of this pure white, life force energy with you, as you inhale again.
Now when you exhale, focus on the person you want to send the distance healing to. When you have that person firmly in your mind, focus that beam of divine life force energy you retrieved from the highest level toward that person, and keep channeling it until you feel the healing is done.
After that, send the beam of healing energy back to the highest level with the greatest of gratitude. Thanks all involved, and your are done
