Hello dear reader,
My name is Elsa, and this blog is about my biggest passion, which is Reiki.
Originally, I come from Norway which is a Scandinavian country with a strong prehistoric culture.

My family taught me the history of Reiki, a knowledge that has been provided for generations. Unfortunately though, this knowledge is gradually disappearing. My purpose of the blog is therefore to convey my perspective on what reiki is and the story behind Usui Reiki.

I will tell you about the secret of reiki symbols and how to use them. I will also tell you more about healing energies and chakras. Hope you’ll like it!

But I’ll be honest, to learn reiki does not take a day, but hopefully I inspire you to make Reiki a part of your life, and learning techniques that you can practice and pass on to others like yourself.
